Welcome to Congratulafins!
Mission Statement
Congratulafins is dedicated to the conservation of sharks and rays, raising awareness and understanding through science and education. It was founded in 2007 when Christina attended a wedding that served shark fin soup. Along the way, Susan joined as our expert scientist. By joining forces, Congratulafins was able to reach more audience than before. Over the years the focus has shifted from fin-free weddings to developing scientifically-accurate educational material and promoting citizen science for shark research. Christina also does commissioned artwork, you can find her art at 5GillsDesign. Susan offers courses in Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan, you can find her at Sharky_eStudio.
